Privacy Policy
We collect only what is needed to answer you. This page explains what, why, and your choices.
What we collect
When you send a message, make an offer or subscribe, we receive the details you enter: your name (where requested), your email address, your message, the artwork you asked about, the language of the site and the page you were on.
Why we collect it
To reply to you and to arrange a purchase or shipping. If you subscribe, to send you occasional emails about new works and exhibitions. We do not sell your details.
How it is handled
Your message is sent by email to Daniel through an email delivery service, and is kept in his mailbox. The website is delivered through a hosting and content delivery provider, which keeps technical logs such as IP addresses for security and operation.
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when you open a page.
Cookies and analytics
The website does not use advertising cookies or tracking. It stores one small preference cookie (ohana_lang) that remembers the language you chose, and, if you use the accessibility menu, your display settings in your browser’s local storage. These are used only to make the site work the way you asked, and they are not shared. If this changes, this page will be updated.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to gallery.ohana.art@gmail.com. You can also write to that address to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.
